Comic-Con 2015

Hello my fellow Bloggers!

As you can see, I’ve been trying for a year to get this site up and running with the latest movie, tv and video game news. Have no fear! We are officially officially gonna bring this blog back to life! Starting with our trip to Comic-Con. You can read all about it HERE! We will be bringing you many posts of our opinions for the latest news on the upcoming Marvel and DC films. Who doesn’t love a rivalry between the two? And we know, some of you hands down knows there is no competition. Clearly, Marvel wins it all. But we shall see with the new Suicide Squad hitting theaters next year. And now, I shall bid you adieu!

Christian Bale and Cate Blanchett join Jungle Book: Origins

“Warner Bros. has cast an entire zoo’s worth of actors for its adaptation of The Jungle Book, which Andy Serkis is directing.

Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Naomie Harris, Tom Hollander, Eddie Marsan and Peter Mullan are joining Benedict Cumberbatch to star as the animal characters in the feature. Rohan Chand, the young actor who starred opposite Jason Bateman in Bad Words, will star as the human boy Mowgli.

Serkis will also take on a role” The Hollywood Reporter reports.

A remarkable cast indeed!

First full look at Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice of Henry Cavill as Superman

“As a number of side-by-sides have already pointed out, Superman’s costume in “Dawn of Justice” is slightly different than the one in “Man of Steel,” which doesn’t make sense if you think about it, right? Superman found his suit on that 18,000-year-old ship. How is there a new one? Maybe we’ll get an explanation in “Dawn of Justice”” MTV reports.

First Image of Paul Rudd in Ant-Man

“With production on Ant-Man finally beginning this week in San Francisco Marvel Studios has released the first image of Paul Rudd as the movie’s lead, Scott Lang. The surprisingly low-key image, with the hoodie-wearing Rudd looking a million miles away from the glamour of other Marvel heroes like Tony Stark, Thor or even Captain America, reinforces Lang’s origins in the movie as a thief brought on by Michael Douglas’ Hank Pym for a heist to reclaim stolen technology” The Hollywood Reporter reports.

Marvel Agents of SHIELD introduces Mockingbird

“ABC’s Agents of SHIELD is bringing in another character from the comics.

Friday Night Lights favorite and comic book fan Adrianne Palicki has been tapped to guest-star as Marvel superspy Bobbi Morse, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Best known to comics fans as Mockingbird, Palicki’s character will appear in the fifth episode of the Marvel procedural with the potential to return; the episode will find her popping in perhaps not as an ally to Coulson (Clark Gregg) and his team” The Hollywood Reporter reports.

I am way too excited for this!!!

Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright are BACK working together on a new film

It would be shocking if Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright never worked together on a movie following The World’s End, and thankfully, the two will continue their creative partnership.  On a recent interview with BBC Music 6, Pegg announced that he and Wright were pursuing a new project.
“Edgar and I were having a conversation the other day about it, and it has a title and everything. We’re kind of into a creative cycle now…” said Pegg. “We’ve all got different things [going] on and we know we have to get those things done. The coming-together thing is without question on the table and will happen when we can do it.”
